Aside from the stellar level of customer service that we received, we also appreciated your willingness to provide us with visibility to the project status and implementation. As with any deadline driven project, the need for quick, clear communication was just one of the ways in which Boutwell-Owens delivered. In fact, we ended up ahead of schedule. With a professional background on the "supplier" side, I understand and fully appreciate the need for follow-through and attention to detail. Both of these qualities are very much evident when looking at how this project wrapped up, as well as looking at our finished packaging.
