Our Customer Service Department will become your primary daily point of contact, in support of your Boutwell Sales Representative. The Sales Rep and the Account Representative work closely, as a team, to support your packaging needs. This team can pull CAD resources, electronic pre-press resources, and outside consultative services to the table in an effort to meet your every need.Our warehousing services extend from simple make and hold programs to very complicated vendor managed inventory programs. We have the ability to build custom computer models of your packaging usage workflow and to develop a replenishment strategy to maximize your cash flow, and maximize your return on your packaging investment, while minimizing risk.
Our philosophy is to position the product where it serves you best, including right in your facility on a consignment basis if that is your choice. We have several regional warehouses in Canada, on the Mexican border and in the Midwest. We are always looking for a new location to launch product from.
Our sales team has immense technical capability and our in-house staff has a large amount of technical ability to meet your changing needs. Our Quality Manager is ASQC Certified and the majority of our Customer Service Staff is Certified as a Packaging Professional through the Institute of Packaging Professionals.
